TX136/500 v1.12 FST4W bug fixed

Hello the TX136/500 builders,

This new unofficial version 1.12 cancel and replace the version 1.11 for a FST4W bug fixed :

- no TX shifts initialization at TX startup which results in a simple carrier in transmission
- TX shifts initialization only when speed change

Having no TX500 this software has been validated on TX136.

Thanks for working on the new V1.12
which includes modifying the fst4w-120 mode.
I just tested, all the modes work well, all speed
on the tx136 and the tx500.

Dear Patrick my compliments what you did with Juma software. I am very much impressed with it. It took a bit time to get it downloaded but that is a windows challenge. Just an idea. Would it be possible in the future to do a kind of digi mode hopping or per cycles power increasing to have as an option?
