Juma TX500

My Juma TX-500-Kit is complete now.
I can control it by Windows and all systems run .
I can use all front panels and I think that all possibilities in the display are ok
But: the TX will not send. It seems so that only a switch is to be used and it will run.
Perhaps you can help me. Thanks
