JUMA TX500 Freq. Accuracy

Hi,
Just finished a TX 500.
To my surprise., the XMit Frequency is 13 KHz lower as indicated.
Question: can this offset in the service mode be adjusted ? - How ?

The Reason for this big difference : Cable J2-not good fabricated - therfore No data from PIC to DDS
small correction can be done in Service mode (PWR+Display (Set Ref Osc Freq) 6000000 +/-
