TX500

Post by NE5U »

I've been working on my TX500 for the last few days. I'm taking my time and working on it a few hours in the evening after work. I'm working in a hotel room while out of town and I couldn't bring my microscope. That was probably the best thing to happen. 1206 and 0805 parts are pretty easy to deal with at this point. The control board is built except for the PIC. The main board resistors and caps are installed except one cap that was missing an end. I have some of those on order so that's covered. I just wanted to drop in and say how much I enjoy building this and ask if there was anything else I should consider adding to the kit.
